Is this, or a toe-rag, related to a do-rag? (Or is it dew-rag?)

You wear a "do-rag" on your head (bandana for a hair "do").
You use a "dew-rag" to wipe off the porch furniture in the morning.
Neither of these places should have you-know-what jam.
